This Genuine Cadillac Accessories Trailering Package allows you to tow trailers that meet the towing capacity for your XT6. The trailer hitch features a 2-inch receiver opening and a 4-pin electrical harness for plug and play installation. Features a standard 2-inch receiver to fit most ball mount assemblies (Ball Mount Assembly and Hitch Ball Assembly sold separately). This Trailering Hitch Assembly is a "bolt-on" design (No Welding) which utilizes the factory mounting points in the chassis frame. This Trailer Hitch Platform Package has a 1,000 lb. trailer weight rating with a 500 lbs. tongue weight (10-15% of trailer weight). Trailer Weight Rating may be increased to 4,000-lbs on models which include (KW7) 170-amp alternator and (V08) heavy-duty cooling system, while the Tongue Weight remains 500-lbs (10-15% of trailer weight).
