This Chevrolet Accessories kit is designed to work with models with Task Lighting (Perimeter Lighting), Factory RPO U12. Same as factory option package T3U (includes RPO Code U12) found standard on RST, LT Trail Boss, LTZ and High Country models. This kit includes two (2) LED Fog Light Assemblies (driver and passenger sides), new switch with fog lamp option, wiring harness, and installation instructions with Dealer Programming Authorization Code. Please note that dealership programming of the vehicle is required after installation so the Body Control Module (BCM) recognizes the switch and light for illumination.

• Review the product photos above and notice the difference between the two switches: one WITH task lighting has a Green Check, one WITHOUT task lighting has a Red X
• Locate the silver colored "Service Parts Identification" label in your vehicle (normally in the glove box or compartment) and search (alphabetically listed) to confirm "U12" is listed
